Hiroka is a cosmetologist with extensive experience in different hair styles, wedding planning, make up, and traditional Japanese Kimono attire. After graduating from Ryubi International Beauty College in Okinawa, Hiroka worked in Tokyo and then opened a salon with a business partner in Nagoya. Later, Hiroka opened her own businesses in both Kagoshima City and on her home island of Okinoerabu in the south of Japan. Hiroka is licensed in both Florida (#CL1285063), New York (#AEC-17-07665), and Japan.
