Hi , I am Hiroki. I work as a bond trader in Tokyo. Working inside bond market is very exciting and I am satisfied with my job. However, I always asked myself what will my job brings. Gaining my clients or company's profit is challenging but I feel that economical imbalance exist and distribution of wealth should occur also in Japan. Many might be familiar that Japan's private monetary assets account for 1,500 trillion yen and it should be distributed for meaningful investments. Similar to other northern countries, impact investment is unfamiliar among japanese financial institution and also in bond market. Working as a bond trader for 5 years, I am able to connect the market and institutional investors.
