Hi-Tech Estate & Promoters Bhubaneswar

Under the leadership of Mr. Tirupati Panigrahi and Mr. Tirupati Chowdary, Hi-tech Estates & Promoters (P) Ltd with registration No.-15-05577 date 17-12.1998 started its Kunja Vihar project with an aim to provide plots to the people of Orissa/Odisha in Bhubaneswar. Seeing the demands , the company has expanded its projects under Rajdhani Systems & Estates having the registration No.- 15-05778 date 20.05.1999 sister concern of Hi-Tech Estates under this company has started 5 projects i.e. Puspanjali Enclave, Kalyan Vihar Phase-I, Kalyan Vihar Phase-II, Bhagya Nagar & Brundaban Farm House (at Batamangala, Puri). Besides the above projects both the companies has march forward to provide plotted lands in 12 different projects.

Along with the above projects company thinks to provide technical facilities to people of Orissa/Odisha. Keeping the eye on technical education, the company has started one engineering college KIST under Vidya Sagar Charitable Trust, Jatni. Besides this company has started one private Medical College & Hospital named as Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital (HMCH), in the state of Orissa, which being the first private Medical College & Hospital in Orissa/Odisha.
