I am Hiten Barchha – CEO & MD at DRC Systems.

I have built DRC Systems from a small development team into a listed IT company serving clients worldwide. We were not the loudest in the room. We just kept shipping. Today, DRC Systems is a full-service technology company headquartered at GIFT City, India's premier fintech hub - and listed on both NSE and BSE.

My journey started as a developer. I wrote code, led teams, shipped products. That hands-on foundation matters - because today, when I sit across from a CEO or CTO, I don’t just understand business challenges. I understand the technical debt, the architecture trade-offs, and the real cost of getting it wrong.

Our team of 200+ engineers and consultants helps enterprises modernise, automate, and scale through: Digital transformation, Digital Experiences, AI, automation & cloud-native solutions, e-Learning platforms for EdTech & corporate L&D. We also build and own SaaS products - SkizzleHR (HRMS), TruFlux (Project management), and EZMS (ERP for economic zones).

Here’s what I believe: Technology is never ‘just IT’. It’s leverage. The right system, built the right way, compounds - saving costs, unlocking new revenue, and creating competitive moats that are hard to copy.
