This is Me! I stepped into this world on March 28, 1980 and have been born & bought up in the city of dreams that never sleeps called ‘Mumbai’. I am a chef & an entrepreneur at heart with a Hotel Management & a MBA degree. I have co-founded and simultaneously manage an organization - Think People Solutions which focuses on delivering solutions in the HR & Recruitment Space to fortune 500 organizations. My area of forte is Business Development & Strategy. The complete spectrums of services that we cater to are: HR Solutions, Corporate Trainings, Recruitments, RPO, Recruitment Consulting and Recruitment Branding. The establishment of this firm to me has been a journey of constant exploration, of knowledge through the emerging day-to-day challenges of stabilizing a start-up. More than anything else it has moulded me as an individual who dreams to grow beyond any limitations and strive for all that one can be. I believe in the conjoining of Intelligence and Knowledge to practice excellence, which is a continual process and not a singular achievement, demonstrated with my attributes – Sales, Marketing & people management skills, Strategic Planning, Revenue Growth strategies, Team building & Team Retention, Negotiation skills, Branding & promotions, Operational successes, Productizing strategies, Expertise in New age technologies – Software and Hardware, market updates to summarize.
