I've spent the past decade growing in understanding and expertise in the areas of community development, mediation strategies, and relief & recovery approaches following experience of traumatic events - such as individual hardship or mass violence. I have been privileged to learn from and collaborate with like-minded practitioners and scholars in Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Cyprus, Ukraine, Northern Ireland, Argentina, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and USA. From grievance mediation to youth-led conflict transformation, I have invested my focus on impact-driven, culturally competent ways of tailoring programs for youth and adults to experience resilience in their respective communities and circumstances.
