Originally from the West Coast, I have been a transplant all my life, moving from state to state. I landed in Jackson, Tennessee and stayed long enough to graduate from Union University with a degree in Public Relations and Photojournalism. In the last few years I have moved back to Eugene, Oregon to pursue a job in my field.

My time working with people in various capacities showed me that I desire quality communication, meaningful work with publications, and I love to tell people's stories.

I've photographed for plenty of companies, but there's nothing that excites me more than work outside the industry that promotes advocacy and change. I have a heart for people and their journeys, and it never leaves my mind that the camera in my hand has the power both to hurt and to heal. I have realized the photographer's burden in self-evaluation of motives and philosophy when making work, especially work meant to make social commentary.

When I'm not on the road making work, I'm at home watching the newest Netflix true crime documentary with my cat, Calvin. You're likely to find me working out or photographing, but in everything I do I strive to be authentic, and a person who makes people feel welcome in my presence.
