Heather Knobloch

Hello! My name is Heather Knobloch. I am a 6th grade English-Language Arts and Social Studies teacher. I love everything about my job! My passion never is extinguised and the students just keep the fire going. I use innovative thinking and team building on a daily basis. This is to ensure a 21st century mindset. I keep this mindset with me throughout all that I do.

I graduated from Illinois State University and am a recipient of the Golden Apple Scholarship. Without the knowledge and expertise of both, I would not be the teacher that I am today.

When I am not teaching, I may be found planning a friend's wedding, or attending their wedding. Weddings have been a part of my life ever since I could remember. Such a happy and important event brings out so much character from a person, that helping them with this day is an exhilerating feeling. It's even more exhilerating when I am able to see how everything is put together! My biggest hobby would definitely be planning weddings and/or events. Having the background as a teacher would make sense for me to plan a wedding. With these organizational skills, I know that I can help someone's love story have their happy ending.
