King S Biography
Sibusiso Hlanguza, professionally known as King S, is a South African musician, record producer, entrepreneur, and the Founder & CEO of Motive Music, an independent music production company based in Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal.
King S began his musical journey in 2008, recording his first single and laying the foundation for a career driven by creativity, consistency, and passion. Since then, he has developed into a versatile artist and producer dedicated to creating quality music while helping emerging talent reach their full potential.
One of his major releases is the Imbizo Mixtape, a collaborative project featuring artists including Man B, Mtshuzi, Flowkiller VDB, Tboi Stunner, Bhadi, Touch, Ragga-Ish, L-Dice, Master Rhymez, Style, and Drugon, among others. The project also includes productions by BraveBeatz and Father iMSP, highlighting King S's commitment to working with talented producers and artists across the industry.
Throughout his career, King S has shared the stage with some of South Africa's most respected performers, including Destiny's Child, Professor, Duncan, Zakwe, and iFani. These experiences have helped shape his performance style and strengthen his presence as a live entertainer.
His musical influences include international legends Dr. Dre and Ryan Leslie, while locally he draws inspiration from Saspekt. Their impact is reflected in his dedication to authentic storytelling, polished production, and musical innovation.
As the driving force behind Motive Music, King S has built a platform that provides professional music production services, including:
