As senior associate of Appeals Law Group, Mark McCulloch serves as a criminal defense and appellate attorneyand retains licenses to practice within Florida, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Mark also has the ability to serve in numerous federal courts across the nation including the United States Supreme Court.
Preceding law school,Mr. McCulloch earned his Bachelor's degree in communications from Emerson College in Boston and a Master's degree in Public Policy from American International College. He also worked as an editor and newspaper reporter. Through his extensive decade long experience in writing, Mark covered the court system often, which sparked his interest in the practice of law.
He then went on to earn his law degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando. In 2009, Mark began his legal career working within the legal department at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company before opening his own practice in 2010.
Mr. McCulloch represents clients who are pursuingpost-conviction reliefand direct appeals. As an appellate advocate, Mark draws from his extensive experience in civil and criminal courts when reviewing appellate records. Coupled with his trial court experience, he utilizes his vast research and writing background to present effective arguments to the appeals court.
A native of New Jersey, Mr. McCulloch currently resides with his wife in Altamonte Springs, Florida and has three children and one granddaughter. He enjoys singing in the Chancel and Jubilation choirs at First Methodist Church of Winter Park and playing golf during his free time.
