I’m a broadcast operation professional and journalist. I hold a Bachelor degree in Television Broadcasting from Columbia College Chicago and a Masters in Communications from Syracuse University.
At the age of 8, I discovered my passion for storytelling, resulting from winning school writing contests. During college, a short film I wrote (“Fatal Reaction”) won an award at the 2008 HD Film Festival.
I am a television professional that have taken productive roles such as writing, producing and editing on a series of film TV projects and news programs. My interest in journalism peaked while I was working for WPEC, a CBS affiliated station in West Palm Beach, FL. Since then, I have dedicated myself to pursuing this passion and have worked within multiple news outlets as news writer and producer.
My ongoing goal is to utilize my skills for raising awareness on important social issues while empowering young adults.
