Hi there,

I'm Hoa. Personally I'm a curiouser who has a well fed addiction for exploring, a learner and an initiator who feeds on challenges and lives by 'nothing is impossible caring'.

Professionally, I had high exposure to and strong instrinsic motivation towards new initiatives of strategic market expansion, product development, and organizational development in high-growth companies of different industries incl. Ecommerce, computer software, logistics & supply chain and most recently hi-tech manufacturing (smartphones, automobiles, etc).

I'm now currently taking my new initiative at Vinfast (an emerging player in automotive industry backed by Vingroup, the largest conglomerate of Vietnam). Vinfast has a record-breaking achievement of launching 2 new car models within 21 months and an agressive plan to go global from 2022. My job is to look into start-ups with the most disruptive technologies within global automotive industry (e.g. electricfication, autonomous driving, cyber security, etc) under both strategic investment and venture capital.
