A Hobbit Low Tea

** Please use this form to RSVP so that we know roughly how many people are coming. **

Last winter I had a little Hobbit-themed low tea at my house, where friends bought along their art & craft projects and we sat around the open fire, eating too many scones and other hobbitish fare such as seed cakes or that delicious Rosie's Shire Pie, while working on whatever it was we had bought along.

We had artists painting and drawing, writers writing, we had knitters knitting and lots of other interesting creations, someone even spent the entire day darning her old socks :)

Since then, news of the event has spread and we've had to book out the Kallista town hall to fit everyone in this year.

We'll have an open fire going to keep the mountain chill off and lots of warm winter food, good cheery conversation and great company.

This event is entirely free, however the hire of the hall for the day is around $200 so we'll pop a tin in the kitchen if you'd like to help us cover some of this cost.

If you'd like to bring some Hobbity food along to share we'd love to see what you come up with (PS, if you'd like some hints, here is a great list of Hobbit food ideas)
