I believe 100% that people need to stay involved and engaged with your job to do great things. You can have great salary but if you dont like your job, you will never do great things in your workplace. People are more important than processes and tools. Excite them, empower them, invest in their carrers and you will have excellent professionals!

I love the nature and the animals! I believe in God but I don´t have any religion! It´s my own religion! My philoshopy is: One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself (The Golden Rule)! Respect people, animals, nature, etc... and you will receive everything in double!
