It's been an interesting journey, growing up in Southern Africa, serving as a military psychologist there, living in Zimbabwe, South Africa, the UK and Saudi Arabia. A late transformation from a wandering bachelor in the Middle East to a father of two delightful children, living in the UK and working anywhere. I've worked on assignments in 35 countries so far, in both private and public sectors and in most industries. I think I can say now that I am a globally-experienced and energetic business transformation and Organisational Development executive with an excellent track record in change work for global blue-chip companies - usually organisations in transition, growing, merging, acquiring or restructuring.

My academic record includes a first degree in Microbiology, an M.Sc. degree in Psychology, an MBA in Business Strategy and Marketing, an MA (with Merit) in Security and Intelligence Studies and a D.Phil. in HR Management, with registration as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, EuroPsy registration and certification as a Master HR Practitioner as well as technical certifications in SAP (Business Process and Business Transformation Management)

Described as creative, fast-paced, witty and fun to work with, I usually operate as a freelance advisor on HR, business transformation, talent management and organisational design, development and effectiveness to various industry sectors in Europe, Africa and further abroad, travelling on a British passport and armed with a good amount of cross-cultural work experience and a few words of many languages. I'm currently leading the Business Change components of a multi-country ERP implementation across North America, Norway and France for an Engineering client.
