my name is Alexa I'm 14 years old. My birthday is November 9 my likings are: love live, fe14 , drawing and playing the piano , as a lot of people didn't know I have a really rare disease called trisomy 18 but I'm half of it but still I think two years younger and in special Ed at high school so it's pretty rough to have people be over protective of you because of a rare disease you have [i get panic attacks too] and have to take a lot of medications + surgerys too but my life is nice so far if you want to know more about my disease look below its pretty rough for me to say in real life because it gets me emotional to say it

when after I was born one night I couldn't breathe and my found me there struggling so she took me to the hospital . The doctors had to give me a lot of surgerys . they couldn't give me shots [blood] because I had a disease so they would have to wait to give me those when I grew up . it took so much time and tests for the results to come in . after it did come in I was finally breathing well the doctor brought me in the waiting room and gave me to my mom to her I was safe and sound but they told her that the results were that I had a disease called trisomy 18 it took a lot of courage to hold in the tears that my mom wanted to release so now she has a kid in the family with a disease that she has to over protect so I won't get hurt or ect not because the doctor told her to but because she loves me [ this was told by my mom btw ]
