As Vice President of L’Oreal Americas IT Program Office, Steve Hofemann holds the responsibility for the company’s IT Demand Management activities, elevating Project Management maturity levels, and providing a common process for all Corporate IT Budget Planning & Analysis. He leads a team in the advancement of L’Oreal USA IT financial management capabilities, including the implementation of a new IT Financial Planning system. His Relationship Management responsibilities include collaborating with HR and other IT leaders, advancing the IT Competencies and Career Ladders, training programs and other initiatives targeted at making L’Oreal USA IT a great place to work.

Prior to joining L’Oreal USA, Steve worked for Dow Jones & Company for 11 years. There he was a PMO Principal charged with leading the CIO’s Long Range Plan and established an affective Demand Management process that was adopted by both IT & Business partners. Steve also has extensive Portfolio Management experience in Business Development & Advertising areas of the company.

Steve is a graduate of the Steven’s Institute of Technology’s Executive Leadership Program and holds a Master’s Certification in Strategic Project Leadership. He is also certified in Agile methodologies and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
