Hoff Genoist

Our journey started in 2010, shortly after we (Bertrand and Jalda) first met. Based on a shared passion for real estate and design, we purchased our first property, remodeled it (much of it with our own hands), and sold it successfully. For the next few years, we worked together as developers, buying and selling properties all over Los Angeles that we re-designed and rebuilt.
We gradually shifted to doing the same thing but now for homeowners, helping them find, design and build their own dream homes. People were attracted to our style, but also to our experience in the A to Z of the process, from identifying the right property to transforming it into a beautiful home, while making smart design/cost choices along the way.
