As a lifelong student, I have dedicated this lifetime to understanding the human condition and what motivates and inspires us towards hope and healing. I have realized that our biggest ally is using our throughts for our empowerment, rather than our marginalization. In other words, if we can explore who we are truly are in this lifetime-- meaning diving into the depths of our shadows and desires-- then we can accept the abundance of love that creates and sustains us.

If we can look at all of our thoughts and emotions as links to what we are manifesting in this lifetime, we can begin to see that we are indeed creating the reality that we are living within. If we can accept our deepest, shadowy parts as gifts for expansion within this human condition-- then these parts no longer "run the show". We can 'run our own show', based on what we focus on, what we believe in, what we choose to see in ourselves and others, and what we mirror out to the universe everyday.

• If you feel inferior, the Universe will mirror back situations that resonate with inferiority.
• If you feel like a victim, then the Universe will continually give you opportunities to be a victim.
• BUT if you feel healthy and abundant and grateful, then the Universe can do nothing BUT mirror those situations inr return.

It's all energy. Everything is a vibrational frequency of something. So what do you want to focus on today, because that is surely what will be mirrored back to you in return.....
