Certified in an eclectic blend of vinyasa flow and therapeutic viniyoga. Teach group classes and provide private yoga instruction to beginner through intermediate practitioners. It is my intention to utilize my passion for the practice to share the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.

With my small, but very powerful camera, I discretely photograph yoga teachers while they are teaching a live class without disrupting the flow of the class. As a yoga teacher myself, I understand the flow of the class and am able to participate in the class so I blend in, stopping only to capture the essence of the pose or moment in time while remaining incognito. I provide high quality photos showcasing the beauty of yoga. Also available for teacher trainings, workshops, kirtans, etc.
