I am a Director of Experience Engineering. I work in technology for more than 25 years. Now I am living in the nice town Gau-Algesheim in Germany. I lead teams and build digital products that are easy to sue.

As a director I like to lead teams and find a good strategy. I HElp to bridge the gap between technical things and what users need. It is important for me to have a space where people can be creative and find new ideas.

I am a web developer and I focus on modern standards. I use HTML5 and CSS to make websites fast and accessible for all people. I think mobile first and follow the W3C rules to make the web better for everyone.

My work as an engineer helps me see how technology works deep inside. I use new AI tools like GitHub Copilot and agentic workflows to build better software. I want to make things that are stable and stay good for a long time.

As an architect I look at the big picture. I build modular systems that can grow and stay flexible. I use design systems with tools like Figma or Supernova to keep the design and the code together.

I care about digital sovereignty and the environment. AI is very powerful but we must not lose the human soul in our work. I often write about these topics and how to stay independent from big tech.

When I am not working I love to cook. I like to explore new recipes and different food from other countries. It is a nice way to bring people together at one table.

I also have a big heart for cats. They have very special personalities and they are very calm. They bring a nice feeling of peace to my home every day.
