I am a german copywriter. I write internal and external newsletters, I manage our social media and review sites, I write and edit text for external clients, as well as text updates for mobile apps.

Most of my work requires me to cooperate closely with the client to find out the type of content they need, who the target group is, and what tone the text should take. It is not PR-focused. Instead, it means writing on a variety of topics, on demand.

You are writing to meet someone else’s requirements. Attention to detail is important and obviously communication skills. And, of course, you should be a good writer and really enjoy writing.

Job satisfaction is really important to me, and I can honestly say that I love my job.

My background is in radio, print- and online publishing. I worked as radio journalist for a decade. I developed my online-obsession starting the late 90. Owned and organized a classical web agency for 7 years and I work as a freelance editor/writer for different clients and put the stress on social media for 5 years now.
