holly swinton

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, I am the eldest of four children and grew up playing sports and singing. I graduated from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business in 2010 with a Bachelors of Commerce. I married my wonderful husband, Robin, in 2011. We welcomed our first daughter, Clara, in 2012 and second daughter, Charlotte, in 2014. Prior to having children, I enjoyed travelling to many amazing destinations around the globe on two separate backpacking trips which included stops in Asia, Australia and Europe. I look forward to travelling with my children to some off-the-beaten path locations once they are old enough.

Professionally, I have been working for Tourism Calgary in Sport & Major Events in various capacities since 2010. I am fortunate to say that I love what I do. I currently am taking the Professional Writing Certificate in Public Relation and Marketing to enhance my skill-set as a writer.
