About Me

• I am the 5th grade Language Arts teacher at Canyon Ridge school. I have taught for 2o years now. The time has flown by as I have been a 5th, 6th, and 7th/8th grade teacher throughout the years. I have spent the most years in 5th grade and enjoy this age group.
• We have a family of 4, with two children. My son, Camryn is a freshman at Shadow Ridge, and my daughter , Shaley, is in the 5th grade here at Canyon Ridge.
• I was raised in Alaska, and moved to Arizona at the age of 17. I enjoy reading, and writing. Our family enjoys car shows, but we are waiting to get our own dream car to show. Maybe soon!
