Growing up in a very illustriously old musical family I never felt that I could fit into the criteria that was "my family." That was until I sat down and looked at how much I actually look at and listen to music, sound, and audio in general. No I didn't play an instrument well at the time, but I knew the difference between good and bad.
So I looked into what kind of school I could go to that I could focus what I knew into a more direct vain of my life. That was what brought me to Pixel Blue College and their Digital Audio Production program. One of the best things that has ever happened to me. I learned how to become very efficient with the DAW Reaper as well as other programs like Cubase, Logic, and Pro Tools. I also gained an invaluable education in Ear Training. Anything from working with EQ, identifying and using compression in music, and identifying musical intervals and frequency tones.
I also leaned about other incredibly fascinating things like handling cables, working with speakers and where they should sit to optimize their usefulness, and other audio hardware.
Now that I have obtained all that I have learned from Pixel Blue College with a Digital Audio Production Diploma I want to have the opportunity to take my knowledge and apply that to the real world. Be that as an Audio Engineer with the next big artist to hit the scene or working behind the scenes as a Live Audio Technician. I am ready for any form of challenge.
