Howdy, I’m Holly. I’m a mother to my 2 incredible girls, living in Pasay, Philippines. I am a fan of food, painting, and DIY. I’m also interested in coffee and arts.

I have 10 years of experience working in the BPO industry. Was a Subject Matter Expert, Quality Assurance Specialist, Training Supervisor, and Team Lead for a 100+ FTE campaign - thus making me an efficient communicator with great attention to detail, able to follow instructions as directed by a client. I had previous work as an Accounts Receivable Associate for Insurances and Medical Professionals, thus, I am good with understanding process workflow to effectively deliver output. Strictly meets deadlines, meets and exceeds client expectations, a dedicated employee that manages time well with strong organizational skills.

I was a Virtual Assistant/ Receptionist and Patient registration Coordinator for a Director of clinical facility in Mt. Arlington, NJ. Currently employed as a Virtual Executive Assistant to the Founder/ CEO of a Web Developer Company and Call Center Company, as well as a Project Manager, conducting Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and manages a team of Customer Service and Web Developer/ Graphic Designers.
