In today's data-driven workplace I leverage my experience and the occupancy data available to create realistic action plans to help keep up with the pace of change for both leadership and the employees. Strategic and tactical occupancy planning, in addition to my space planning and test fit experiences, help me to provide multiple solutions. I feel great comfort in the data I am using to put together those solutions due to my background in data maintenance and quality assurance in both the day-to-day maintenance and long term solution planning and development. For both of these hats, this is where I use my skills with change management to help ensure there is a successful experience for all team members.
