The difference between Holly and other Realtors is the fact that she has a marketing background which is imperative when selling a home for the most money the market can bear. Another key difference is that she loves to negotiate and is good at it. Holly loves saving buyers money and netting sellers top dollar. Since Real Estate school doesn't really teach Realtors® how to negotiate and market a home, Holly's background is critical. Everyone has an aunt or a friend in Real Estate – but if your goal is to net top dollar as a seller or to save money as a buyer, make sure you interview Holly. Make sure you ask all agents you interview what their list price to sold price ratio is and how much they save buyers on a percentage basis. The marketing plan Holly presents is always changing based on the trends of the market. She will present ideas you have not heard of before rather than the tired old ideas of brokers of a bygone era. If an agent doesn't study the trends of real estate and the market, then their marketing plan will be stale and ineffective.Holly studied marketing and advertising at LSU and graduated in 1998 and moved to Boston, MA where she worked with Realtors selling advertisements in a Real Estate magazine. Following this stint she worked at the largest ad agency in New England, Arnold Worldwide, in the New Business Department. Upon moving to Austin in 2001 she obtained her Real Estate license in 2003 and has been utilizing her love of marketing, selling, and helping others make the largest purchase of their lives in one amazing job – a Negotiator Extraordinaire – an Austin Realtor®.

Holly lives with her husband and two little girls, and in her spare time enjoys exercise, dining out, travel, and hanging out with her family.
