Holly has been a part of the technology industry for 12 years! Finally able to work as an independent consultant, Holly started assisting companies and individuals with the tools they need to be successful in networking and sales/marketing!

Holly started getting more into social media and community development when she joined IT Martinias the Community Development Director. She joined forces with the founders shortly after they kicked off the company offering amazing IT networking events in the Ohio Valley early in 2008. Holly's role allowed the organization to double their revenue capabilities and take their company into new markets.

Holly has a niche in bringing a group of techies together and has worked in expanding the IT networking in various cities including Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Denver and Cleveland.

Holly enjoys learning new ways to expand her network and sharing success stories with others. She believes strongly in building a group of advocates and knowing how to utilize them while assisting others you are following. Holly is always thinking of new ways to assist firms in branding their presence in the communities they target and enjoys getting creative and trying new things!

Holly started her career in recruiting over 12 years ago. Graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science in 1997, Holly jumped into recruiting to make an impact with people who needed help finding the right new position. Now as a senior recruiter, and passionate about social media and marketing, Holly assists companies with branding their organization and attracking top talent. Holly became independent last year after her husband accepted a full time position in Cincinnati. After moving from Columbus, OH for his position, Holly decided to leave her IT sales role to go after her passion.

Holly enjoys her off time with her two kids and 3 dogs! You may find Holly working late nights and posting updates about everything from her kids to politics.
