As a Professional Speaker, she is often invited to speak and train on Organizational Savvy for Womenand Political Pitfalls for Women, which is a key part of D&I initiatives at large corporations such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Nokia, Toyota and Verizon.
As an Executive Coach, Holly leverages principles, models, and skills from well-known thought-leaders and authors such as Dr Stephen Covey, Dr Ken Blanchard, Dale Carnegie, Malcom Gladwell, and Simon Sinek.
Holly is a Co-Authorof the book Roadmap to Success (chapter:Speaking Simplified), a contributing author to the book Anti-Sexism.

She is also theChairwomanof the non-profit Women's Kiteboarding Collective, https://womenskiteboarding.org/ supporting over 7500 women kiters globally. Holly is an avid kiteboarder and teaches others this extreme sport.
