Holly Thomas

I completed my B.S. in HPE at Cameron University in 2008 and my M.S. in College Student Personnel at Arkansas Tech University in 2011.

I began working in Higher Education in 2006 as Student Assistant in the Admissions Office. Since then I've worked as a Graduate Assistant for Assessment, Graduate Intern for the Student Activities Board, First Year Experience Course Instructor, a Graduate Itern for First Year Programs, and an Academic Advisor! Currently, I am an Academic Counselor for the Scholars Program at the University of Oklahoma! BOOMER SOONER!

I am a huge proponent of national organizations and have been a member of NODA, NACA, NASPA, OACADA, and NACADA. I currently serve on the OACADA conference Committee as the Co-chair of the Professional Standards Committee .

My professional interests include Academic Advising/Counseling, Student Programming, Orientation/First Year Programs, Transitional Programs, Parent and Family Services, Service Learning, Recreation/Intramurals and Assessment.
