M.H. Homaei received his master's in Information Technology (Network) from Hamadan University (Iran) in 2016. He was a visiting researcher at the Institute of Automation, Kalman Kandou School of Electrical Engineering, University of Óbuda, Budapest, Hungary, and the Department of Mathematics and Informatics. J. Selye University, Komarno, Slovakia, from 2019 to 2020. Currently, he is a member of the GIM group and a PhD student at the Metropolitan University of Cáceres, Extremadura. He has ten scientific articles in refereed journals and conferences and three patents. His research interests include digital twins, wireless sensor networks, the Internet of Things, and cyber security. He has recently focused on DT platforms, cyber-attacks and countermeasures, and IoT.
