In practical terms for us this means building a local team of people with passion, enthusiasm and commitment; who want to help the elderly in our community remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. The key criteria we look for when recruiting new team members is empathy. This is not something that can be trained and indeed many of our team have direct experience in looking after a family member themselves.
