Hon. Ken O. Atta

I am Kenneth Nana Yaw Kuntunkununku Ofori-Atta (born 1959), in Kibi , a small town in the Eastern Region.

Ken had his early education at Achimota School in Accra Ghana and proceeded to have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University (1984) and an MBA from the Yale University School of Management in 1988.

Ken is a Ghanaian Economist and an Investment Banker. Founded Databank in Ghana 1990 with Daniel Ofori Atta andTogbe Afede the XIV. Also serves as a director for numerous companies and member of some boards too. The Director for Enterprise Group Ltd and TrustBank Ltd of The Gambia of which I am the chairman. Also the Director at the International Bank of Liberia and also a Board Member of the Acumen Fund.

Hon. Ken Ofori Atta is currently the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Ghana, appointed by His Excellency President Akufo-Addo on 10 January 2017.
