HONCH Last

Born and raised in philadelphia, Honch also known as Chief Honcho has been grinding on the under ground seen for a hot minute. Honch started out rapping about 1992 which was just taken as a hobby at first. After seeing artist like LL, Rakim, Kane, Nas etc Honch knew that he wanted to persue getting in the hiphop world. Growing up in the hood of north philly, as everybody says you either was a rapper, a dj, or played sports. Honch decided to take on music since most of his family had dancers, djs, singers and rappers. Music was naturally in his blood. Going on to middle school then high school honch learned to battle other rappers as well as rock block parties etc. While in high school he formed a group called Mad Destiny which they were hood celebrities with a crazy city buzz. As time went on honch soon discovered that his hungry to make it in the music industry was to go harder than everybody else. Soon he went solo which led him to making numerous mix tapes and doing many features from unsigned to signed artist. Being around artist that were signed honch was well groomed by those who took a major liking to his music and hard hustle. Honch has worked with names such as Ryan Toby from the group City High, producer Ty FyFFe, prodigy of Mobb Deep, with many others. Honcho has opened up for artist such as lil Kim, Lost Boyz, Cameron, Mase, Mobb Deep, Cassidy, The Lox etc. Over time honch realized he wanted to be more behind the scenes but still focusing on the music. So honch began writing R&B; songs along with Producing. Honcho has had many charted songs of his own on many website to date and also has a few movies with his songs apart of the sound tracks. One of the latest movies is called CONSENT which is an independent film that has honch song called ( It Feels Good ). Honcho has been producing heavy and knows he is only on beat away from having that smash single for an rap or R&B; artist. And while doing so he still performs and puts out his own material independently.
