Minnie Ingersoll is a prominent American venture capitalist, technology executive, and podcast host based in Los Angeles. She is a Partner at TenOneTen Ventures, a seed-stage VC firm investing in AI, climate tech, and data infrastructure. Minnie is also the host of the LA Venture Podcast, where she interviews top investors and thought leaders shaping the future of technology in Southern California.
A Stanford Computer Science graduate with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Minnie began her tech career at Google in 2002. She was a founding member of Google Fiber, leading efforts to expand high-speed internet access nationwide. She also served within Google.org, the company’s philanthropic division.
In 2013, Minnie co-founded Shift Technologies, an online platform for buying and selling used cars. As COO, she scaled the business nationally and helped raise over $300 million before the company went public via SPAC in 2020.
Her commitment to public good led her to support projects at Code for America, focusing on digital solutions for government services, criminal justice reform, and food security.
