Here is my personal experience in school and work.

What did I learn in school??

The purpose of education is not limited to the acquisition of knowledge and skills, but also the improvement of thinking ability, vision expansion, attitude training, and the establishment and maintenance of interpersonal interaction. These are all important from the perspective of a whole person education. Moreover, people cannot survive beyond the society and learn to allow themselves to travel there.

What I learned at work??

Donot be afraid to make mistakes

When you first enter the workplace, you will always have a little wrong and an accidental process. Being criticized or even paralyzed is also a stage that must be experienced. During this period, some people were cautious about avoiding making mistakes and being criticized. They did not dare to go overboard, but this led directly to no progress in the work. They only knew that the most basic and least error-prone part of the work was done.

In fact, you may want to be bold. With the experience and ability you have just graduated from school, most things in the company you do not understand, then making mistakes is also a normal thing. The point is whether you can learn from the mistakes and failures one after another, and whether this gain can make you better in the future. Only if you are willing to make mistakes and make corrections to prevent the same mistakes from happening again and again, your path to growth can go further.

As a university student, I hope that I can improve my language skills and develop a deeper sense of responsibility. I'm glad to have chosen the foreign language department because effective communication is the most important thing above all else.
