I am a finance professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in major financial decision-making. I have successfully led a variety of projects including M&A, post-merger integration (PMI), capital raising, and equity investments.

Key achievements include the establishment of Woongjin Group's holding company, the sale of Toray Chemical(008000.KS, de-listed) by Woongjin Holdings(016880.KS), and the issuance of exchangeable bonds for Celltrion(068720.KS).

Currently, I work as a freelance advisor, providing M&A consulting services to corporate clients.
My previous roles include CFO and CEO of Optus Pharmaceutical(131030.KQ), Head of Business Management at Celltrion, and Head of Finance at Toray Chemical.
I am now pursuing a Finance MBA at Korea University.
