In 1983 nobody I knew was thinking of purchasing a house in blighted, gang infested Hollywood, especially one East of LaBrea. I had faith that a $77,000.00 bungalow fixer zoned for units was a good risk. Since then I've helped numerous clients and former renters follow suit, buying single families, duplexes, triplexes and larger. Together we shared local contractors, vendors and design ideas to make our homes, our lives and Hollywood better. I still own that first property today. I know a whole lot more about buying and selling houses these days and I'm honored to be working @ at Crosby Doe Associates, Beverly Hills.
