Hope Akuso is a Trade Operations Xpert with AFEX Nigeria(Fastest Growing Company in Africa 2023).
Hope is highly experienced in inventory management, staff organization, planning and the coordination of services geared towards effective distribution of input loans(fertilizers, premium seeds, etc) to small holder farmers and the sustainable aggregation of exchange commodities from farmers and traders at his location in Northern Nigeria.
Hope is an active member of the Global Shapers Community Kaduna Hub an initiative powdered by the World Economic Forum. He is an enthusiast of Digital Transformation, and seeing how digital transformation is shaping world economics, Hope decided to position himself for relevance in the digital economy.
He has the Google Digital Marketing and E-commerce Certification. A feat he achieved by a scholarship from Africa Coding Network (ACN).
He knows how to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies to work with businesses and brands to achieve their goals. He is currently thinking of an effective way to integrate digital marketing with agriculture in the Nigeria ecosystem.
With service as one of his values, Hope has worked with reputable brands like Unilever, Enactus ABU, Tedx Maitama, Tedx Ungwanrimi, The Winning Mindset, Digital Business Bootcamp, Pathfinders, Pulse Play Nigeria, Unique Global Enterprise and has contributed to the impact of over 10,000 lives combined over the last 5 years.
He hopes to drive the awareness of the digital skills gap in Nigeria and the need for alternative education especially using technology.
He identifies with the 4th and 8th sustainable development Goals of the United Nations, “Quality Education” and “Create Decent Work and Economic Growth”.
He enjoys basketball, singing, volunteering and teaching people how to grow relevance in the digital economy by learning digital skills.
