Elisa Hope

I am blessed beyond measure. I have a husband that I adore, who calls me beautiful and cares for me in innumerable ways. I have 3 beautiful children who make me laugh, are quick to hug, and fill my house with energetic activity. I have family and friends that I can count on and that I call on regularly to listen, pray, and play. I love my job - to have worked with and counseled adolescent girls and young women for the past 15 years has been a privilege. I have had gardens to dig and plant in, and plenty of food to prepare for the many friends, new and old, that we regularly have in our home and with whom we share our wonderful messy lives. I live in a community that is small enough to be a community, but cultured enough to have a thriving theatre, a bustling main street, and a new reason to create a festival on a nearly weekly basis. And I didn't earn any of this, it was freely and graciously given by my loving Creator. My challenge? To live and love in the way I have been loved - generously, graciously, sacrificially.
