Hope for the Holidays

Presented by the Frederick Douglass Distinguished Scholars at American University, Hope for the Holidays is an annual book drive that collects new or gently used children's books on campus and donates them to a school in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Last year, Hope for the Holidays donated over 800 books to CentroNía Bilingual Charter School in Columbia Heights.
