I am now free from any working schedule or project. I definitely want to be part of endeavors that are K12 projects and also social digital projects.

In January 2015 I have joined the team that is implementing the NET-MED Youth Project in Israel. It is a great opportunity to both work on an innovative and challenging project and to pass on my knowledge and skills to the next generation. I helped them in the initial stage - in locating and selecting the members of the group.

Before this

I took a year sabbatical to just enjoy life and relax a little.

Up until January 2014, I was an L&D and Digital Learning consultant in the Training Center of Leumi– one of Israel’s leading banking groups.

I left Leumi to become an independent L&D consultant and Learning Strategist. I would especially like to focus on two things:
1. Strategic consulting for Learning &Training departments in corporate organizations: helping them evolve their training programs in order to go from a classroom and e-learning approach to a performance supported learning culture.
2. Help build a dialogue between new media and old media in learning environments from K12 to non-profits.

I have a broad experience in designing and implementing organizational changes and firm-wide business-specific training programs. I was a key member of the group that promoted a corporate culture of life-long-learning.

During part of this time, I was also in change of developing a global training strategy for the Leumi Group, building relationships with our HR colleagues in our subsidiaries abroad, and sharing with them our knowledge, training and development expertise.

For the last two years at the bank, I changed my emphasis and focused on building methodologies and strategies for implementing digital learning. This includes building a social learning strategy, trying out new learning platforms (i.e. learning with mobile devices), mapping existing learning strategies and seeing what needed to be added or changed in relation to formal and informal learning (new platforms, new types of learning strategies and learners, new ways of communication…).

Specialties: designing holistic learning strategies, developing performance-driven/business-specific training programs in an OJT environment and incorporating social and Gamification elements in these programs.
