In college at the University of MD, students needed access to reliable work so I launched J.O.B.S., the first computerized student job search program, bringing together five major universities, hundreds of businesses and serving over 1,000 students per day; charging only $1 per student.

I co-wrote 'When the Canary Stops Singing: Women’s Perspectives on Transforming Business,' to help shed light on a new way of being and working.

One of my mentors and greatest influences was Willis Harman, President of SRI and Institute of Noetic Sciences.

I live near the ocean with my husband and twin daughters. I thrive on my family and making a difference for all of us.
