My days are spent caring for a wonderful fiance, our smart & beautiful tween daughter, and managing a homestead of chickens, ducks, rabbits & gardens. When I'm not making meals or scooping poop, I'm self educating on all things homesteading, making plans to expand, and helping others create their own simple homestead.
