Hello my name is Mark. I am 23 and live in Doncaster. I have been gaming for around 8 years. I started out gaming on the xbox playing Rainbow six Back Arrow i pritty much mess about with a few of my mate's and that was about it for a year or so. Than came the release of the xbox 360 and Rainbow Six Vegas. This is were i got my first glimse of the competive gaming scene this started out as just me and my mate's playing on a website called gamebattle's. I was coming to the end of the season on GB and my team were 3rd on the ladder and qualifiying for the playoff's . We placed 4th in the playoff's but sadly our team split shortly after. I then decided that it was time to take my gaming to the next level i found my self playing for the team that won the playoff's the last season and the later on went on to win the next two season. Half way through season 4 the team decided to split and i was left with out a team. I was then approched by the owner of a organisation called xplicit projex and they asked me to manage there Rainbow Six devision the ment me putting a team together for them. So i started to buiding my team our first tounament came around wich was Matchbox 360 the prize fund was £500 for the winner. We batteld it out with some of the best team's on the game but got knocked in to the loser backet in the second round by VVV after losing this match it hit us hard and one of our player left the team so we had to forfit the rest of the event. After about 6 months i was asked by the manager of xp to set up a new org with him called Team ImmenSe and was givin the role off console manager. So i got to work and picked up a few team's one of the team's was one of the old xp team's who went to play at XL3 and placed 3rd for gears of war. after some time with ImmenSe i decided i wanted to take my management skills to the next level this is were i joined Team eMpathy. My time with eMpathy was awsome and i picked up the over 18 achivements.

After 2 years with eMpathy i decided to set up my own org call Team Theory we went to EGL 2 with one gears of war team who shocked everybody and placed 1st knocking out the likes of Dignitas and The Imperial to take the £3000 prize. After the event the team was snaked by Infused and left team theory in bits this is were i decided to contact Matt from skitlite. I joined skitlite and shortly after picked up a swedish blackop's team who went on to qualify for COD: XP the £1Million touniment in LA. the team went over with
