I have recently finished as a Growth Associate in Web Summit to pursue my own venture, Trigger Movement. We are a Dublin based growth and performance agency that helps organisations, teams and leaders improve their performance. Prior to all of this, I was a Page Operations Analyst in Facebook having just completed my Master's in Management (Digital Marketing) at Dublin City University.

My undergraduate degree was in Entrepreneurship from NUI Maynooth (or Maynooth University as it is now known).

I am a huge sports fan, mostly revolving around rugby and cricket. However, I will probably watch any sport out there. Flat white enthusiast and gym goer!
