Originally from Mexico, Horacio has 15 years of international development experience leading multi-stakeholder agricultural innovation platforms across Latin America and the Caribbean. He has worked on climate change and sustainable agriculture with CIMMYT, TNC, FAO, and ECLAC. Horacio holds a diploma on Design Thinking & Systems Innovation, a Masters in International Cooperation for Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering.
