Born in Recife, Brazil, I studied in Brasília where live and work for 10 years with ICT, specifically as SysAdmin, Developer, and Team Leader of Specialists. I have been gradually involving in business creation during this period. Since then, I have specialized in management, entrepreneurship and development of products (fullstack phases).
I led the migration of Messaging Clusters of Federal Government and main sectors of government public administration as CVM (Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil), Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management (MPOG), Ministry of Finance, Serpro, Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), National Treasury Secretariat, etc.
