Susan Swan

'Insight Therapy' is my attempt to combine the vast wisdom of the cosmos, as practised by Western Astroogical techniques - both ancient and modern - with the ancient practice of Yoga and Ayurveda.

I am Susan Swan 'Horaryqueen', born and based in Edinburgh. I began studying and working with modern Astrology on a semi-professional basis in 1983. Around 20 years later I became a Horary Craftsman after studying with John Frawley. I was instantly blown away by the precision and insight offered by the more Traditional techniques employed. Yet I remained somewhat disheartened as I felt there lacked any sort of remedy to complement this understanding.

As an enthusiastic practitioner of yoga since the late 90s I knew that this could provide a valuable link between the Psyche and Soma – mind and body. This is why I have combined two somewhat different disciplines, giving birth to ‘Insight Therapy’. I am a certified Yoga instructor and offer Yoga Therapy and Astrological consultation, each as a stand-alone service, or in conjunction. In particular my use of the Horary chart as a type of consultation chart vastly enhances two already powerful tools and is, I believe, an extremely rare and exciting combination.
